A fresh check one week ahead

Any ride that falls more than 30 days after the first ride of a request is checked twice. Seven days before it, the office asks the car company to confirm that ride again, then forwards the renewed confirmation with the pickup time and the meeting point for that day.

The reason is the airport. As of October 2026, Eppley Airfield is being rebuilt and runs as two halves, a North Terminal and a South Terminal, until 2027, and private cars use Level 1 of the South Garage. The spot a car meets you in spring may differ from the one in the fall. Before the ride home, look for the gate letter, A or B, on your boarding pass.

When the date home shifts

Plans move over a long winter. If the return date changes, write to ridesheet@awakenedtravelcompany.com or call +1 (402) 345-9461 during phone hours with the new date, and the office sends it to the car company. If the date of the ride home moves, the car company prices the new date in writing before anything is held.
